Skills Collective Services: Volume Project

The Strategy:

We leveraged our extensive national network and database of 460,000+ candidates to rapidly build a high-quality talent pool aligned to the client’s requirements.

Each candidate was thoroughly screened across both technical capability and behavioural fit, ensuring alignment to role requirements and organisational expectations.

A strong focus was placed on relationship management and governance, with structured engagement processes implemented to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.

To further enhance the candidate experience and drive retention, our team assigned a dedicated Contractor Care Consultant to each worker, ensuring consistent support, communication, and engagement throughout the assignment lifecycle.

Outcome:

Paxus successfully identified, placed, and onboarded all 16 contingent workers within the agreed timeframe, meeting the client’s immediate project requirements.

All candidates successfully completed their initial 4-week assignment, with 15 out of 16 extended, demonstrating strong alignment, performance, and engagement.

Notably, 4 contractors remained on assignment four months after the original engagement period, highlighting the long-term value and quality of talent delivered.
