With over 16 years’ experience across Australia and international markets including over 3 years at Paxus, Anna brings deep expertise in volume and project-based hiring, including RPO, MSP models, and modular workforce solutions. She has partnered with a broad client base across State and Federal Government, financial services, and private sector organisations, giving her a strong understanding of both regulated environments and commercial growth pressures.

Throughout her career, Anna has delivered end-to-end workforce solutions, from individual hires through to large-scale recruitment programs, managing high-volume campaigns across temporary, permanent, and project-based hiring. Her experience includes navigating complex compliance, governance, and clearance requirements, while building trusted client partnerships and delivering consistent hiring outcomes.

Anna has led RPO and MSP sourcing operations across Melbourne, Mexico City, and Auckland, successfully supporting her clients whilst delivering graduate programs, volume campaigns, permanent recruitment, and project-based hiring in fast-paced and evolving environments.

She is known for her ability to partner closely with clients and translate complex workforce challenges into structured, scalable hiring solutions, relieving pressure on internal teams and ensuring delivery against critical timelines.

She leads the Delivery function of Skills Collective, helping clients scale hiring through volume recruitment, RPO, international sourcing, and workforce capability solutions.
